你的实习申请表应该包含以下资料：

最新的简历并附上一张护照照片
最少选择3个你有意向区选择实习工作的公司
一封自荐信写明你申请该职位的动机（为什么你想在这个公司进行实习/为什么这个公司应该接收你作为实习生）。在这封自荐信里请标明你想要实习的具体时间。如果你想在一个中国公司实习，那么你只要写一封标准式的自荐信就可以了。
简历和自荐信请统一用英文书写
除此之外，请认真填写我们在线的‘申请表’

另外：
如果你想要在‘中国公司’实习，写一封中文简历和申请信将会为你加分不少，尽管如此，如果写中文对你来说比较困难，英文的简历和自荐信也没有问题。
